wondering who this is

Called to tell me that a court case involving a 10 year old credit card debt was going to be filed against me. I contacted them and they wanted to set up a payment plan with me. I refused to give them any info reguarding my checking account # or debit card #. They then told me they would put ay supposed acct # on hold for 24 hours just in case I was able to come up with any money concerning this issue. I have no intention of contacting these people ever again as I feel this is just a scam to get money from me.

They call at least 3-4 times a day, and they continue to call us on our business phone.

called asking for Jennifer Lopez. then called the next day asking for Evan.

This number has been calling me about 3 times a day for the past 2 weeks. I have not answered it because I do not recognize the number, but this is unaccetable. They do not leave voice messages, and judging by the prior entry I am guessing it is a telemarketer so I think I am definitely going to give them a piece of my mind next time they call.

received call saying cscu alert - your card starting with 4626 has been deactivated. please call 734.250.1861. I have no card with that number and if you call the number it asks for your 16 digit credit card number. Daughter received exact same call on her cell phone. scam obviously trying to get credit card number

called cell phone said it was a survey

A Stephanie Cook called me, stating she is a file processor and she has documentation because a complaint is being filed against me and she will come to my home or work place. She said I can call 866.531.8658 also gave me a reference number to call. I called the number but I didn't get a response. These people think they are slick.

Threatened with jail for defaulting on a loan I never applied for nor recieved.
